Ashley Bratcher, lead actress in the box office hit Unplanned will be the keynote speaker at the Pro Life Campaign National Conference in the RDS, Dublin, this Saturday, November 2.
The movie about Abby Johnson’s journey from Planned Parenthood abortion clinic director to one of America’s most effective pro-life voices reached No.4 in box office sales across the US earlier this year. It also proved a hit with audiences in Ireland following its recent release in cinemas across the country.
Commenting on Ashley Bratcher’s upcoming visit to Ireland and the recent Irish screenings, Eilís Mulroy of the Pro-Life Campaign said: “There was just four days’ notice prior to the opening of Unplanned in Irish cinemas yet night after night the screenings were packed out in multiple venues during the three week run.
“There is still huge potential for this movie in Ireland. It is changing hearts and minds and getting people thinking.
“We are thrilled that Ashley Bratcher will be the keynote speaker at our conference in the RDS on Saturday. There will also be a special screening of the movie at the conference with Ashley present.”
The PLC conference takes place this Saturday 2nd November 2019 from 1pm–4.30pm, in the RDS Concert Hall, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
