Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. Should we be experiencing a high volume of orders, we will inform customers if they should expect any delays via phone or e-mail.

We will also mention the same on our shop checkout page.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The Irish Catholic takes no responsibility for delays in shipping in case of insufficient address being provided by customer (for e.g. missing Eircode, house number, etc.), or due to negligence on the part of the shipping/postal company.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

The Irish Catholic strives to use track-and-trace shipping label for all products priced above a certain amount and can be contacted in case of delays in receiving orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Irish Catholic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Irish Catholic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Irish Catholic ships worldwide. The only exception is the Magnificat product which The Irish Catholic holds distribution rights for ONLY in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
