Cathal BarryThe Rise of the Roses summer tour is beginning on Saturday, June 13, in Faughart, Co. Louth.
The tour will see a group of young women visiting various religious communities around Ireland every Saturday until August 15, when the tour will conclude at Knock Shrine.
A bus taking the women to Faughart will leave Ballygawley at 11am and can be joined at Armagh and Newry. Blessings at St Brigid’s shrine on Saturday will be followed by a pilgrim walk to the Poor Clare’s monastery for prayer, chat, and refreshment.
