Paul KeenanPope Francis has called for prayers for all those touched by the Malaysian airliner mystery.
Addressing pilgrims gathered in St Peter’s Square last Sunday, the Pope said: “I invite you to remember in prayer the passengers and crew of the Malaysia airline, and for their families. We are close to them in this difficult moment.”
Still missing as The Irish Catholic went to press this week, Flight MH370, a Boeing 777 was carrying 239 people when it departed Kuala Lumpur on March 8. Its disappearance has captured worldwide attention, with 25 countries becoming involved in the search for the aircraft.
