Jesus Youth is an international Catholic lay movement, with a special focus on a life centred on Jesus. Initiated in Ireland nearly 10 years ago, the Jesus Youth movement has now reached out to many parts of the country including many campuses. Over the years Jesus Youth Ireland has organised numerous retreats, training programmes and events (including Rexband Concerts at the Helix for 2000 people) for faith formation and is working in collaboration with the Office of Evangelisation in Dublin archdiocese.
‘iConnect’ is a youth conference which will run in two streams (13-17 years and 18-25 years) in Maynooth University campus from August 18-21. It is a three-day event and will include catechesis delivered by international speakers and opportunities for liturgy, and special activities such as concerts, exhibitions and theatre presentations.
