Faiths united after al Shabab attack

Kenya – Members of the Christian and Muslim faiths have joined in condemning the recent terror attack on the Westgate mall in Nairobi and to insist that communities are dedicated to good relations for the good of their country. “We, religious leaders, are engaged in a robust dialogue to ensure that these relations are not just maintained but also made stronger,” said Adan Wachu, secretary general of Kenya’s Supreme Council of Muslims. “We are convinced beyond doubt that the attempt to sow seeds of discord between Muslims and Christians will fail miserably and that we shall remain united.”
