Courtney McGrailArchbishop Charles Brown – who up until last month served as the Pope’s representative in Ireland – is welcomed to his new posting as Apostolic Nuncio to Albania by Mr Ditmir Bushati, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania. Archbishop Brown presented his credentials on May 9.
