Archbishop
calls
for
team work
 encouraging
 priestly
 vocations Archbishop Eamon Martin

The Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All-Ireland will say this Sunday that the Lord has not stopped calling people for the priesthood, but he can be difficult to hear among “so many competing voices”.

In his pastoral message on Vocations Sunday Archbishop Eamon Martin is “keen” to encourage the priesthood for Irish youth.

The faithful will be asked two questions aimed at helping the diocesan plan to spur on more priestly vocations. They are: What is the most important role that the priests of tomorrow will play in our diocese? What qualities will the priests of tomorrow need to have for our diocese?

Responses can be made to armaghpriest@gmail.com or via post to Diocesan Vocations Commission, Ara Coeli, Cathedral Road, Armagh BT61 7QY by June 30, 2019.
